At Floremo, operated by Zatronitech Limited, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used flea & tick collars or any pest-control products.
- Items that have been in contact with animals and cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@try-floremo.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@try-floremo.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
